It isn’t easy being the “monkey in the suitcase” for Larimar Vacations.
This year I have been yanked out of suitcases way too many times by those TSA agents and I don’t even want to talk about the pat downs or body searches. Yikes!
We even had the experience of being in a lost suitcase in Seattle airport for a couple of days. Good thing there were snacks in the suitcase too or we would have starved! I told Lori to chew softly or those darn TSA agents would yank us out again.
I have however really enjoyed the opportunity to get out of the office and travel with Stan and Dawn’s clients. I have been (along with Lori) traveling the globe to bring back pictures and stories of our adventures.
This past year we have been to Indonesia, Alaska, The Caribbean, Europe, South America and even Antarctica.
No fights today
I must admit being a bit scared at times on some of these travel adventures as monkeys normally don’t encounter sea lions, huge birds, whales and elephants in their everyday lives back home.
Honestly, being such cute monkeys we have been asked to dance in Bali, ride elephants in Indonesia, visit penguins in Antarctica and take hundreds of pictures with total strangers who just love us.
I can’t wait to tell you about next adventure which is going to be Iceland in August 2024 on a group cruise. I am excited to see the volcano and the famous Blue Lagoon.
My first time in a “natural hot tub” I can’t forget to pack my bathing suit.
My cousins are going too along with Lori and her sisters!
That Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship will be full of monkey business for 12 days!
